The States and The Feds can regulate “Firearms”.
The States and Feds cannot regulate Citizen owned Constitutional Arms/Ghost Guns.
A. All The Arms referenced in The 2nd Amendment were were in fact “Ghost Guns”; The American Revolution was won with Ghost Guns.
B. Prior to any Gun Control Act (GCA), all Constitutional Guns were “Ghost Guns” because they were not serialized.
C. Only Arms manufacturers are required to registered and serialize their products.
D. A Rifle which is not a machine-gun, has an overall length of 26 inches or more, and has a 16 inch or longer rifled barrel is not a “firearm”.
E. A Shotgun which is not a machine-gun, has an overall length of 26 inches or more, and has an 18 inch or longer smooth barrel is not a “firearm”.
F. A Side Arms which is not a machine-gun, has a rifled barrel, and is designed to be fired with one hand is not a “firearm”.
