ARMS ARE NOT FIREARMS

2nd Amendment Arms
are not Firearms

The 2nd Amendment does not require
Citizens to Serialize or to Register their Arms

- Ghost-guns are The Arms Referenced in The 2nd Amendment -
”Ghost-guns” are unserialized and unregistered Arms just like all the Arms at the time the 2nd Amendment was ratified

These “Arms” consist of Rifles,
Shotguns, Side Arms and Sharp Edge weapons and more

OUR CONCLUSIONS: The States and The Feds can regulate “Firearms”. The States and Feds cannot regulate Constitutional Arms. A.  The Arms referenced in The 2nd Amendment were Ghost Guns. B.  Prior to 1968, Gun Control Act (GCA), all Guns were Ghost Guns because they were not serialized. C. Only “firearms” are required to be registered and/or licensed D.  A Rifle which is not a machine-gun, has an overall length of 26 inches or more, and has a 16 inch or longer rifled barrel is not a “firearm”. E.  A Shotgun which is not a machine- gun, has an overall length of 26 inches or more, and has an 18 inch or longer smooth barrel is not a “firearm”. F.  A Side Arms which is not a machine- gun, has a rifled barrel, and is designed to be fired with one hand is not a “firearm”. Are you a new gun owner who is trying to figure out the right ammunition for your gun? Choosing right type of ammunition is very important for best shooting experience.

Every type of ammunition have their own kind of usages & benefits. Their are a lot of different common sizes and each one is better for certain things than others.

.22LR Ammo

The .22LR ammo is considered the best all-around survival ammunition. The rounds are produced by nearly every ammunition manufacturer and are available for most makes and models of both .22 caliber pistols and rifles. These can kill and be used for defense, but they aren't much above pellet guns. 22lr ammo is great for shooting learning experience & self defense.

9mm ammo

The 9mm ammo is easily the mostly widely used pistol round in the world. The 9mm is great for the range or self defense. They have enough power to penetrate well at close range, but still easy to fire with little recoil.

The 9mm Luger has become especially popular for small, compact carry guns intended for self-defense. It is a potent cartridge for its size and offers good performance with well-designed bullets.

.223 Ammo

The .223 Remington (.223 Rem) is a rifle cartridge. It started as the .222 Special and was renamed .223 Remington.

The typical uses of the .223 Remington cartridge is varmint hunting, along with self defense. 223 caliber bullets are not only accurate but also best for practice sessions.

.308 Ammo

The .308 Ammo, introduced in 1952, two years prior to the NATO adoption of the 7.62×51mm NATO T65. Its a great alternative to the .22LR and 5.56. Good for hunting and all-around survival purposes.

308 Winchester has become the most popular short-action, big-game hunting cartridge worldwide. It is also commonly used for civilian hunting, target shooting, metallic silhouette, bench-rest target shooting, metal matches, military sniping, and police sharpshooting.

12 Gauge:

This is a shotgun round and is the most common type. 12-gauge shotguns have been a staple for hunters of both four-legged and flying game for decades, and have thus proved their practicality for use in a survival situation. 12-gauge rounds are relatively inexpensive and widely available. Shotgun rounds are primarily used for hunting.

Just remember to choose the right bullet size for your gun.
